We’re bringing recruiting into the sharing economy — for the sake of talent professionals and job seekers alike.
We all know that the best way to find a new position, or to find the right candidate, is through your network. The people you know are most likely to recommend a match that is a “fit”. Yet, companies spend millions of dollars to place ads on job boards to reach the right candidates searching for the right opportunity, often with disappointing results for both sides. We think this process is antiquated. In 2017, we came together to fix it. The result is TalentShare.
We started from a unique point of view. We do not believe there is a “perfect candidate”. Often, many well-qualified candidates are considered, but only one is hired. The others are a valuable resource. Why? They’ve been screened during the interview process by a talent professional who is searching to fill a similar position. We engage these candidates and redirect them to other open positions within our network. This matching process, based on both our community and technology, makes finding a job, or finding a candidate, more efficient and easier for everyone.
We also believe candidates should be treated like customers. We offer an easy-to-manage candidate profile, the ability to apply with one click, and better-matched opportunities. We bring respect and transparency to the process with regular status updates so candidates always know where they stand.
The TalentShare community benefits both sides of the recruiting process. Companies want well- qualified candidates who are actively looking for a new position. Candidates want more opportunities that match their experience and interests. Most importantly, once they apply, candidates simply want to know where they are in the process. By automating communication, candidates feel positive about the company, even when they don’t get the job.
TalentShare is automating what recruiters and candidates have been doing forever: connecting the right candidates to the right jobs through our network. And, so far, the results have been better than anyone expected.
